Human Capacities to Involve Natural Forces to Maintain Water Health
NBS Co. considers and takes Bio-remediation as a Nature-based solution for used-water rehabilitation for re-use or return to Natural Water Resource Management System under NEQS.
The system is developed under the guidance and governance of Mother Nature with Her provided visible and invisible tools like aquatic plants, microbes, wisdom to design, construct, maintain biologically, etc.
NBS learned human-created Nature-based system required human responsibility to manage it carefully considering it as a sewerage treatment plant because it does not cover all required parameters of Mother Nature. So, these systems cannot be left to Mother Nature's responsibility with less Nature's applications to manage contamination. Mother Nature's created systems are powered by all required Natural components especially vast lands, the chance to grow all micro and macro aquatic life, and decompose them naturally.
NBS Co. does not take it as a low-cost but cost-effective system to maintain all protocols to vary the quantity, composition, combination of microbial consortia and aquatic plants to respond to changes in water quantity and contamination levels.
Mr. Yousaf Riaz

Yousaf Riaz is blessed with the heart to serve the ignored and discarded polluted/sick waters. He started his Journey to find a way that should be cost-effective to affordable to treat and rehabilitate domestic and industrial used water for re-use.
Yousaf did his Master in the Science of Economics from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He improved his management skills by doing his Master in Philosophy in Management Sciences from SZABIST University, Islamabad.
Yousaf got the ability to chase his dreams and use his educational learning to apply to his priority work. He implemented his professional knowledge of economics to reclaim polluted water by using local microbial, aquatic, and bio-engineering applications to minimize the treatment cost. He succeeded in his efforts and; proved the concept and established the "National Institute of Bio-remediation" at NARC, Ministry of Food Security & Research, as Founding Director, and facilitated forty-five people to have jobs according to their professional qualifications.
Yousaf realized that his strict followership of Mother Nature to reclaim contaminated waters with economic efficiency; he has been transformed into Water Economist by Mother Nature.
Yousaf worked with NGOs/development, UN, and public sector organizations leaving footprints to be his presence on Earth.
